Services

FourGo provides web development, UI/UX design, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, software development, and related business services.

Project payments

Online payments

We accept secure online payments through approved payment methods.

Milestone-based payments

Projects are generally billed using milestone-based payments. Depending on project scope, an advance payment may be required before work begins.

Project delivery

Delivery timelines depend upon project scope, approvals, and timely client feedback.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements
  • Submit required assets on time
  • Review work promptly
  • Complete milestone payments when due

Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

Revisions

Included revisions depend upon your selected package or project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Refund policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed milestones and custom work are generally non-refundable.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Dispute resolution

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact FourGo before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of outstanding payments.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel projects at any time. Payments for completed milestones remain payable, while work not yet started may be refunded at FourGo's discretion.

Service availability

We strive for uninterrupted availability but cannot guarantee continuous operation due to maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Force majeure

FourGo shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, internet outages, or power failures.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
